Welcome to Bonny and Bounce!  Hopefully you’ve enjoyed finding us and looking at what we do.  We’re always here to help you get the very best out of your baby box subscription, so if you have any questions please get in touch.  To make it even easier we’ve also included a handy list of queries we’ve had from other mums and dads below.

How do I subscribe?

That’s easy – just click here and fill out your details.

Will there be a delivery charge?

Postage and packaging is a flat rate of £3.95 

What do I get in the box?

It’s a surprise! Part of the excitement of Bonny and Bounce is that that you never know what’s going to arrive.  Every month the box will have different items carefully selected from our favourite baby brands and suppliers.  

Why the cut-off date?

We have a cut-off date of the 10th of the month to ensure we have enough time to pack and ship the boxes. Purchases made after this date will be added to the subscriber list for the next month’s shipment.

How long until I get my box?

Shipping happens around the 17th of the month, but we’ll let you know when the boxes have been shipped. From shipment date, it will take about 2-3 days to arrive.

If I cancel do I get a refund?

Cancelling your subscription only stops the subscription and prevents any more payments being taken. You will still be sent any boxes you had previously paid for before cancelling.

Do you ship worldwide?

We are currently only shipping to the UK.

If you want to buy a Bonny and Bounce Box for someone as a gift just click the gift option and fill out the recipients details including a personal message.

How many items will be in each box?

You will receive 4-5 premium items in each box which will be perfect for baby (and parents!)  We guarantee that each month the contents of the box are worth more than the price you pay for subscription.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

You will be billed as soon as you start your subscription. After that billing day for renewals is the 1st of the month of your next shipment.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Our subscription boxes automatically renew at the end of your plan, unless you notify us that you want to opt out once it finishes.  If you are on a rolling subscription and no longer wish to receive the next box you must log in to your account and cancel by the 20th of the month to stop your next payment being taken on the 1st of the following month.

What’s the difference between a gift and regular subscription?

Our gift subscriptions do not auto-renew, so if you sign up for a gift subscription the recipient will only receive one box and not be renewed.
